UTC/DST price audit — corrected, 0 current differences
29 March is the spring-forward day: it has 92 fifteen-minute intervals, not 96, because local time jumps from 01:45 to 03:00. The old rows used a one-hour-wrong UTC mapping after the jump. Replacing all 92 UTC-keyed rows from the official TenneT export reduced the audit to zero differences. The autumn check on 26 October 2025 has 100 intervals and two distinct UTC keys for each repeated 02:00–02:45 local quarter, also with zero differences. The table below preserves the pre-fix evidence.
